LVA on the Go

The Library of Virginia’s custom-made van brings some of the agency’s vast resources and staff expertise across the commonwealth. Partnering with public libraries and other organizations, LVA ambassadors will help visitors engage with local history, family history, educational materials and more.

The Library of Virginia is coming to Orange! Join us on September 14, 2024  for a visit from LVA On the Go to explore research resources, discuss regional and family history with knowledgeable LVA staff, and discover educational materials, children’s activities and more. Every community has a story to tell and the LVA On the Go project will recognize and celebrate local history and culture while connecting with locations across the commonwealth.
